I see you single out the academy players again. Although Clarke is filling in on the left I think he's shit and certainly no full back. But for any team to let a player travel 70/80 yards without one single challenge or even getting within about five yards of him is just an utter joke.

And for me Norwood's doing the 'wool over the eyes' thing of Hughes and Clingan - sit deep and just play the easy ball. I'm sure the stats look very impressive, but it doesn't get us anywhere.

Even Scholes is doing it now, which at 37 I guess isn't that surprising, but he's getting unbelievable plaudits for basically being able to stand still, unmarked, trap a football and give it to someone five yards away. And even then I see him fuck it up at least two or three times a match and put his team under pressure. Not to mention the fact he's playing the deep role and is unable to tackle. I think he may have a unique sight disease as he seems unable to see other people's legs. He just goes clattering straight through them like they're invisible. Why the fuck people want him back for the Euro's I can't imagine. If he was playing in an average team they'd be getting overrun and he'd be described as past it..

I,m not singling out any player. If they are shit which we all KNOW Clark is, it doesn't matter what age he is,where he has come from, the academy or whatever, shit means just that. Just for the record Nimely was our best player yesterday by a mile and how old is he again?

That's not the point I'm making - it's that for all the people culpable you decided to only mention Clarke and McSheffrey - who just both happen to be CCFC academy graduates. Cranie was guilty for letting him run that far without challenging him, and Norwood for just letting him run past him. Why no mention for them?

For the first goal Forest have someone running down their right in support, and Clarke has to make sure he's covered. Therefore the player on the ball has to be Cranie's responsibility. But he just backs off and backs off. Eventually just outside the area Clarke realises Cranie isn't going to do anything and tries to come across and make a challenge, but fails. By the time the guy hits the shot just inside the area Cranie is still running backwards and not even attempting to close him down or tackle him.

Cranie could argue that he had to also keep his forward covered and that's why he didn't commit either, but it should never have come to a point where the confusion arises - someone should have been on him from the midfield, like Norwood or Deegan, but despite being goal side when their players gets the ball they just let him run past them.

It's an absolutely shocking goal to concede, not just because of the technical fuck-up's, but the lack of effort to stop it becoming a problem in the first place

I have a mate who is a Notts County fan, not just a fan, he's almost fifty and it is impossible to have a conversation with him without it turning to County. But when he isn't talking about Notts County he's talking about Nottingham Forest. He fucking hates them, but almost stalker-like he knows everything about them.

For two weeks he has been banging on about how Cov must send Forest down, but mainly about how absolutely shite Forest are this season and how their fans are all up in arms at the players and the manager. He predicted an easy win for Coventry.

I listened to the CWR commentary today and yes, Forest were fucking dire........yet we still fucking lost to them !

We are even worse than I thought.

What the clubs needs is for the players to realise that games last 90 minutes not 80, and for the manager to work what he needs to do to protect a lead. And the board need to start giving a f*ck.
